Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fanci win ("fanci win", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fanci win website at https://fanci-win.club, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the fanci win Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fanci win Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published in connection with individual fanci win bonuses or events. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplemental policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplemental policy expressly states otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Other Eligibility Conditions

• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of fanci win or any of its affiliate companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with fanci win or any other gaming operator that is currently in effect.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh.
• You must not have had a previous fanci win account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Security

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

Registration Requirements

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active fanci win account at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If fanci win detects that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended immediately. Any balances or winnings held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fanci win account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify fanci win promptly if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. fanci win will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. fanci win strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available within the account security settings dashboard.

Account Verification

fanci win operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming best practices and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any point during your use of the Platform at fanci win's discretion. Verified accounts benefit from higher withdrawal limits and expedited processing times.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

fanci win supports a range of payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh, enabling players to fund their accounts and receive winnings in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with minimal friction. Deposit Conditions

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount at fanci win is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified for each payment method at the time of the request. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one working day. fanci win reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Players may not withdraw funds that have been deposited but not used for at least one betting or gaming round. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

Transaction Records

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, wagering contributions by game type are as follows: sports bets contribute 100% toward meeting wagering requirements; slot games contribute 100%; live casino table games (including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette) contribute 10%; and all other game types not listed contribute 0% unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

fanci win operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; wagering in a pattern designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent; using arbitrage strategies to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements; and colluding with other players to accumulate bonus value improperly. Where fanci win determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the player account, and in serious cases permanently ban the player from the Platform.

Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses on the fanci win Platform carry an expiry period, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice. fanci win is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The fanci win Platform hosts a variety of products including sports betting, live casino games, slots, and other digital gaming content. Each product category is subject to its own specific rules, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. This Section 6 sets out the general rules that apply across all fanci win betting and gaming products.

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the fanci win Platform are subject to acceptance by fanci win. fanci win reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or event manipulation; the odds or game outcome have been published in error; technical faults have affected the integrity of the betting market; or the bet exceeds applicable stake limits for the event or market in question.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on the fanci win Platform and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. fanci win reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific player accounts where there is evidence of professional betting activity, arbitrage, or other conduct that falls outside the scope of recreational gambling.

Voided Bets and Abandoned Events

In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled after betting markets have opened, fanci win will follow its standard void and refund procedures for affected bets. Where a match is suspended mid-play and subsequently abandoned, in-play bets placed prior to the suspension will be settled in accordance with fanci win's event-specific rules for the sport in question. Stakes on voided bets are returned to the player's fanci win balance.

Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round or betting event, fanci win reserves the right to void the affected round and return the player's stake. Malfunction voids all pays and play. fanci win is not liable for any loss of winnings or disappointment arising from a game malfunction, and its decision regarding the outcome of any affected round is final.

Responsible Use of Gaming Features

Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within the fanci win account dashboard — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods — to help manage their gaming activity. For full details, see the Responsible Gaming page.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fanci win Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a fanci win account.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using false personal information or impersonating another individual.
• Money laundering: Using the fanci win Platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activities. fanci win cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in relation to suspected money laundering.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any automated program, script, bot, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin slot reels, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have any direct or indirect involvement in manipulating the outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after a genuine gaming transaction has been completed on fanci win.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access areas of the Platform that are not intended for public access, or attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit the fanci win platform software.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward fanci win staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.

Account Closure & Suspension

Either you or fanci win may close or suspend your player account, subject to the conditions described in this Section 8.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your fanci win account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that any pending withdrawal requests have been processed and that your account balance has been withdrawn in full. fanci win will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed voluntarily may be re-opened upon request, subject to identity verification.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, fanci win strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available within your account dashboard. Self-exclusion prevents you from accessing your account for a specified period (ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion). During a self-exclusion period, fanci win will take all reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to you. Suspension or Termination by fanci win

fanci win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player's account is associated with fraudulent or suspicious activity; the player fails to complete required identity verification within a specified timeframe; or fanci win is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory directive.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation results in a finding of material breach, fanci win reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account in accordance with these Terms. Where no breach is found, the suspended account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fanci win, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the fanci win Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss.

fanci win does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defect will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fanci win makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

fanci win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your fanci win account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Amendments to These Terms

fanci win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fanci win will notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with each player's account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the fanci win Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8. fanci win encourages all players to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Where a change to these Terms is required by law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority, fanci win may implement that change with immediate effect and without prior notice. In all other cases, fanci win will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect.
